>>PWS AWARENESS

Developmental milestones are typically delayed one or two years for kids with Prader Willi Syndrome. Although the low muscle tone improves, problems with strength, coordination and balance may continue. Physical therapy and occupational therapy help to promote muscle development and improve coordination.

Clover receives physical, occupational and speech therapy once a week. Her first therapy session was in the NICU when she was just a couple of weeks old. Now days, Clover's therapy sessions are done in our home while her brother and I cheer her on.
