>>CONFESSIONS

This was my backyard before spending the last 3 Saturdays pulling weeds.  No joke.

I am in love with Emma Stone.

Oh how I long for the day when we add a little Cheney babe to the mix.

I would like to flip houses for a living.

I went to see this movie last week with the expectation that it was some cute comedy, similar to 17 Again.  Wrong!  It was totally raunchy and totally R rated.  I seriously had no idea.  It was still pretty funny though....in a raunchy, R rated sort of way.

I watched every episode of Bachelor Pad and actually really liked Michelle.

Just when I think I am getting past my fear of driving I have a nightmare of someone crashing into me.  Awesome!

I'm considering signing up for Showtime just so I can watch the new season of Dexter.  Love that show!

I bought this gem at a garage sale for a whopping 5 bucks.  Isn't it darling?  I love it.

I think I am going to start using the phrase "bat shit crazy" more often.  It's simply too good a phrase not to use.

Our fence is totally falling over into our neighbor's yard and I think they might hate us because of it.  That and our yard.....which I totally don't blame them for.

I think I would like to skinny dip sometime before I die.  Doesn't it just seem liberating?

I am so loving this song lately.  Driving around with the hubs, windows down, this song blasting from the radio....it's a little piece of heaven.  And honestly, up until a couple of months ago, I thought he was singing, "after the poison, summer is gone."

Happy Wednesday!

  1. I love posts like this of yours...and I have to say that I 100% completely agree that "bat shit crazy" is a totally underused phrase that I would like to work into my every day vocab as well. ;) At least until my future kiddos are old enough to start talking, then I guess I should probably hold off. :S

  2. I actually like Michelle on Bachelor Pad as well and was so happy that Vienna and Casey didn't win. Now we have to wait until what January for the next Bachelor?

  3. Jen! You make me laugh! I am pretty open minded when it comes to movies. The Change-up was TERRIBLE! Funny, but TERRIBLY raunchy. Part of me liked it (because of the funny stuff) but It really was crude. They def did not give an accurate idea of what the movie would be like in the previews. And those are some wicked weeds. I would love to see an after picture.

  4. In a temporary moment of extreme self control, I refrained from using the phrase "ape shit" in reference to an 8th grader's behavior in class a couple of days ago. I plan to use the phrase later on to celebrate not losing my job.
