My good friends (best friends, actually) are adopting.  For the past 4 years, not only have I wanted to experience the joys of parenthood myself, but I have wanted them too just as much.

Their names are Justin and Katie.  Let me tell you a little bit about them....

I met Justin back in my bowl-cut days.  Crazy to think that was 16 years ago!!  Wow, time flies.  It was through Justin that I met Curtis, so I guess I have him to thank.  Thanks Justin!

So, anyway, we grew up and eventually Justin married Katie....who I instantly adored (and still do).  

They are nice, like really nice, like they are the nicest people I know.

They are fun.  Not only fun, but funny too.

They are perfect together.  They bring out the best in one another and are truly in love.

They are caring and accepting and loving and wonderful.

Basically, I love them and I know they are going to make wonderful parents.

My hope in posting this is to just help spread the word about our friends and their hope to expand their family.  Infertility is something that just plain sucks and is frustrating and emotional and hard to understand.   

Justin and Katie are such good people and will make wonderful parents.  Keep them in your thoughts and prayers.  They would love nothing more than to add to their family and to share their love with a new baby.
