>>MY LOVES AS OF LATE

in no particular order . . .

Pink: Funhouse.
I love this CD. While listening to each song, I kept thinking to myself, "man, she still really loves Carey Hart. I wish they were back together." Well guess what? They are back together. I had no idea. Just a little celebrity news for you all. Is Pink a celebrity?

Norah Jones: Feels Like Home.
I love this CD too. Even more that Pink's Funhouse. I put this CD in the player, turn it up loud, and my whole mood changes. Love it.

DVR.
I love DVR. I'm sure many of you have been enjoying this awesome invention for quite some time now, but we just got it. Totally awesome! It changes one's entire TV watching experience.

Catch & Release.
Love this movie. I've watched this several times in the last couple of weeks. I think it's the music that gets me. Great soundtrack!

Watermelon.
We've been eating a lot of watermelon around here. It's scrumptious. Especially on these hot summer nights. A funny story: During our first trip to the grocery store in our new town, we were looking at the watermelons, but they were all WAY TOO BIG. We were leaving for Yellowstone in a few days and knew we couldn't finish the watermelon before we left. Then, a sweet little lady comes up behind us and asks, "want to split a watermelon with me?" Can you do that?? Yep, sure can. At least here in Thermop. The sweet lady took the watermelon to the butcher in the back of the store, he cut it in half, wrapped it up for us, and wahlah...we have ourselves half of a watermelon.

Thinking of Fall.
I love fall. It's such a romantic time of year. When I think of fall, I think of cuddling with the hubs while wearing a soft, fall-ish sweater.

Crocheting.
I've picked up crocheting. We don't have a kitchen table yet, so sewing is out of the question. It's kind of impossible to sew with the sewing machine on the floor...or in my lap. Next best thing...crocheting. Pictures of finished products to come soon.

Colorful Bowls & Vases.
I love having color in my kitchen. I've found these gems during my visits to garage sales, thrift shops, and good ol' Ross. Love 'em!

Watching Ellen on Youtube.
Here are some of my favorites.
