- a slight personal failing
- a flaw or imperfection
- a weakness
- an undesirable habit
- a weak point
My personal vices include:
- going out to eat. I LOVE going out to eat, but I do it all too often. I've gone out to eat almost everyday for the past couple of weeks....NOT GOOD! It's expensive and unhealthy.
- cutting my bangs. Seriously, how many times do I have to learn the hard way, I DON'T look good with bangs!
- pepsi
- tv, particularly, reality tv
- iced sweet tea
- junk food
- changing my blog header a bazillion times
- wasting time (see above)
- plus lots more, but I'll keep those private.
What are your vices?
diet coke is my biggie. and wasting time on the internet. I probably shouldn't have joined facebook--now I'll just want to hang out there all the time. Not so good.
ReplyDeleteI love your blog. It is always fun to read. My vice is Dr. Pepper...way to much Dr. Pepper. I too eat out way too much. My kiddos have multiples of every toy McDonalds puts in their happy meals...sad, I know. Keep bloggin...always fun to read!
ReplyDeleteMy vices are far too many!! Wasting time on the computer, drinking soda, and staying up late and sleeping in are my top 3 of hundreds!
ReplyDeleteI love that you change your blog header, it is fun to see all of your creativity, and they are always soooo cute! How did you do the one up there now, it is so cute?!
So my fav. vice story:
ReplyDeleteA woman asked Mark Twain how she could get through some tough times she was experiencing in life. He asked her, "what sorts of vices do you have?" She replied that she had none, since she had given up drinking and swearing years ago. He replied, "well there's your problem. Vices are like ballast on a ship. When the ship runs into heavy weather, the sailors toss the ballast over and the ship can then ride higher in the water against the storm. If you have no vices, you're plumb out of luck." Except he didn't say "plumb". So there ya go.
