ARPIL FOOLS
I can't take it anymore. This is a mean, mean joke, isn't it? So I will end the madness now and assure you all that my womb is empty. Unfortunately. But I promise the next time I put one of these little pregnancy test pictures on my blog, it will be my own and not one I found from a google image search.
I figured after one of my professors called me regarding this news, it was time to come clean.
Now...to make up for my naughty prank...I am offering a scabble necklace tile to three random commenters of this post. At the end of the day today, I will randomly select 3 winners. However, you will only get the necklace tile and not the chain. You can put these on any chain you have or you can buy one at Walmart for $1.96.
And I promise, this is no joke!
Does this make up for my mean April fool's joke? I hope so.

One April fool's day, Curtis' mom told one of his brothers, an awkward teenager, that the cute girl in the neighborhood was hosting a costume party at her house that evening and that she had called and invited him. Excited, he dressed up in his costume and walked over to her house. He arrived and announced he was there for the costume party. He quickly realized there was no party as the cute girl and her mom stood in the doorway laughing...and laughing...and laughing. Poor Curtis' brother.
So, see...my joke wasn't that bad. It at least didn't embarrass any of you, right?
In honor of April Fool's Day, lets just all laugh and be happy, k?

So, forgetting it's April Fool's Day (because being pregnant really does make you forget things..I thought everyone was kidding when they told me) I was so excited and surprised. Although I know like 12 people who are pregnant besides me, but anyway, you will be a great mom (even if it's not quite yet)!

So I saw your post this morning and because of things justin said he and Curtis had talked about on the phone when you were here, I was shocked! I did the math and it didn't add up. I told justin to call Curtis and get the scoop...and just then I realized it was April fool's day! It was early enough this morning that there were no comments yet to clue me in. So good job-you had me for a few minutes!! And I never leave comments on blogs but i did this time so I deserve one of your cute charms :) just kidding. I don't deserve one, I just want one!! ReplyDeleteI was so excited to see the news and then read some comments and realized it could be an April Fools joke. I have to say I am disappointed since I keep praying for this to happen. The story about Curtis' brother was so funny! Poor guy. :)
