>>HOUSE FOR RENT

Cute 2 bedroom house for rent in Kaysville, UT.

SPREAD THE WORD!! If you or anyone you know is looking for a house to rent, please let me know. We are hoping to have this rented by January 1st.

Kaysville is an awesome place to live. We loved living there! Small town life, yet next to all the shopping in Layton. Plus, just hop on the Front Runner train at the stop in Kaysville and you'll be at the Jazz game in no time!
  • Big kitchen with dishwasher and disposal,
  • Refrigerator, Stove/Oven,
  • Washer/Dryer,
  • Carpet and hardwood floors,
  • Big fenced in backyard,
  • Garage,
  • Family friendly neighborhood,
  • Close to schools, churches and is within walking distance to Kaysville's historic main street which includes shopping, restaurants and dollar theater.
  • No smoking or pets please
The house will be available to move in on January 1st, 2009. We are willing to leave it partially furnished with what you see in the picture below (or not if you have your own furniture). We also have a nice piano that is only 4 years old that we would be willing to leave in the house if someone were interested.

Or, if any of you piano players reading this are interested in having our piano in your home for the next year, please let me know. We will even pay for it to be moved into your home. We just don't know where we will be after this summer, but once we find out, we will move it out of your place. It is an "upright grand" so it has a nice full sound and a nice black finish...so in other words, it is not an ugly, old piano.

Please leave me a comment if you are interested or know someone who is and I will give you more information and/or answer any of your questions.

  2. Jen, those pictures are great! The house looks so cute....If we were in need of a place to live for a little while we would definitely consider it! And we wish we had room for the piano--Justin and I were talking about how fun it would be to have a real piano for a little bit instead of the keyboard. Good luck... from the post and the pictures I wouldn't think it would be too hard to find a renter!

  3. What a cute house!! I may be interested in the piano. I'll let you know when I know if we can take it off your hands for a bit. We are hopefully moving in a week and I'll have to play around with the furniture first.

  4. Hey Jen, so if we were here longer (Dan coming home from Iraq in Feb) I'd take it for sure! And, how much for the piano? Love your home!
