>>FEELING DOMESTIC

I have been so busy I haven't had time to show off my abilities in the kitchen. :) A couple of Saturdays ago, I was feeling domestic and decided to whip up some fresh homemade bread along with some homemade strawberry jam. Yummy! So how did I do all this with my schedule that pretty much allows for no free time, you ask. Simple, throw some flour, yeast and water in my bread machine...then follow the simple instructions on the back of a pectin box..and voila!! In no time at all we were enjoying fresh warm bread topped with delicious fresh jam.

  2. I love homemade bread and strawberry jam! I made some jam a few weeks ago- but poor Ike didn't get any homemade bread to go with it!! It looks soooo yummy!!

I was sorry to hear that someone was mean to you. I don't know how anybody could find a reason to be mean to you.

  6. Oooo oooo! Make me some!!! Can you ship bread and jam in boxes? My mom just made some, and everyone but me left her house with 4 or five loaves, and somehow I only ended up with one good loaf (which was gone by the end of the first day we brought it home), and one failure to rise loaf. How did that happen? I'm the one who's pregnant! Shouldn't I get first dibs???
