>>SUNSHINE PICK-ME-UP AND BACHELOR GOODNESS

Oh my, this weather has been absolutely delightful.  My mood has done a complete 180.  Talk about the winter blues....they seemed to go on and on and on.  And now finally, some sunshine and warmth! I feel rejuvenated, energized and motivated to actually do more than stay inside bundled up under a blanket.

To celebrate this sunshine bliss, I will be indulging in tonight's finale of The Bachelor!!  I wish I could have a party with fellow Bachelor fans, but I honestly don't know of anyone else in this town who watches the show.  Boo!

For those of you who do watch the show (Heather!), who is your pick to receive the final rose tonight?

My pick: Emily.  She is just so darn sweet.  How could Brad not want to be with her?

  2. I like emily, but I just can't get over the 14 year age difference. Clay and I are only 5 years apart and its like we grew up in two completely different cultures. He doesn't know any of the movies, bands, or tv shows I liked growing up. Not that big of a deal, but with a 14 year difference that is just too much I think.

  3. I'm rooting for Chantal! I think she's just a bit more real. Wish I could have you over for a viewing party!

(at least that's what I'm thinking)
    WHY DON'T YOU LIVE CLOSER!!!???
Tonight has TV, pizza and dicet coke written all over it!

  5. Jeri - very valid concern

Kristy - I'm so happy you watch the Bachelor.

JDM - You just made me so homesick for Kaysville. I don't know why we live so far away. I guess I will have to have my own pizza/diet coke party, except the coke won't be diet. :)

  6. JEN- where to begin?? I hope you check back on this post. I did watch, of course, and I was always rooting for Emily. This whole season, she's been my first pick, and they never end up being the last one! So that was delightful. The after the rose thing was sad, though, how they weren't engaged anymore and things were just awkward and shakey. But I have faith they'll work through it. I hope she can move to Austin and not be high maintenance, and that he'll control his temper and that the 14 years won't be a huge deal. I did read in In Touch magazine how she's a big liar and lied about a bunch of stuff, but I'll choose to not believe it. :) P.S. The girls in my neighborhood had a bachelor party with junk food galore, and I wish you lived here so I could've invited you! Sometimes so many women watching gets a little annoying cuz they want to talk through the good parts, but it was a good time. :)
