Tis' the season

The garage sales were in full force this last weekend.

This means from here on out, Curtis will be up bright and early every Saturday morning, he'll drag me out of bed and we'll hit the sales...bed-head hair and all.

We found 2 of these stylin' chairs for THREE bucks.

A little polishing and some new fabric...and wah-lah!

I'm very pleased with how they turned out. It was also fun to put this fabric to use that has been sitting in my sewing room staring at me saying, "do something with me!"

  5. Mrs. Davis - good question

    Kate - I suppose

    Jenn - see you there

Phillips Family - these chairs required no sewing whatsoever (nor any ability to be crafty). all you need is a scrap piece of fabric, a staple gun and a screw driver. Adam, even you could do this. :)

  6. These are fantastic! They remind me of the wallpaper in Grandma Stauffer's house. So cute. You have great taste.
