Last night while I was falling asleep, all I could hear in the back of my head was Lennie asking George if he could take care of the rabbits. Over and over and over again."An' rabbits, ... You just gotta love Lennie.
I think I'll finish the book tonight. I really like it. It's too bad it took me so long to finally read it.
Oh, that is a good book. Just be prepared: it's also sad.

ReplyDeleteIf you like "Of Mice and Men," you should read other Steinbeck novels; they are even better. I love "East of Eden." Definitely not 10th grade reading.
