I know what you're thinking....is Jen really posting about American Idol on her blog? Yes I am. I love the show and I will admit... I'm rooting for the 2 Davids. If I could only choose one of them though, I would have to pick Archuleta...maybe?...I can't decide...I love them both!
So, who are you all rooting for?
The Davids of course!!!! I too have a hard time picking which one. I am kind of leaning towards Cook as he is so creative and puts on a fun show :) Hard choice though as Archuleta is so dang cute!

ReplyDeleteI really liked Michael Johns--I was sad to see him go. Of the remainders, I like Jason Castro best. I don't think he's the best singer, but his mellow style goes best with my musical tastes. Plus, I *might* have a thing for long hair on guys. (I'm still a little sad about Brock's hair . . .)
After Jason, I like the two Davids. My girls all love David Archuleta, of course.
Shannon- I'm jeolous you got Brock to watch American Idol with you guys. I try to get Curtis to watch it with me but he just makes fun of all of it....the judges, singers, Ryan Seacrest, etc. Curtis is still rooting for Sanjaya:)
ReplyDeleteI like Jason too. I enjoy his laid back personality and I agree...he is a great singer. I thought Simon's comments were funny on Tuesday when he said it seemed like Jason was forced to sing a song he didn't want to at a wedding he didn't want to go to.
I'm with you Jenny. I like Brooke, but I thought she would have gone home long ago. I'm rooting for Archuleta. I love that you love American Idol.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE American Idol. It is the only show I have to see every week. I am with you on voting for the two Davids. I was also shocked that Brooke wasn't in the bottom this week. It looked like she was shocked too! :)

I too am a fan of American Idol Jen. I'm not ashamed, haha. I think it will definitely come down to the two David's, and I hope David A. wins. David Cook just really bugs me for some reason, I'm not sure why. He really is a great performer. I heard there was a little scandal with him releasing a cd online during American Idol though, a cd that he recorded before he was on the show. I'm not sure if that is true, but it kinda seems a little dishonest, since AI contestants are under contract with AI until the show's over. He planned it so he could get out there first, and during the competition. I don't know, that would just be a little annoying if it's true. Anyway, I just think David A. is adorable, and I really liked Brooke in the beginning, she just started to go downhill for some reason.
